Sculptra Buttock Augmentation is a non-surgical procedure to add volume, shape, and perkiness to your buttocks and hips. Sculptra is an FDA-approved filler that has been used for over two decades in the face to restore volume and reverse age-related collagen loss.

Sculptra Buttock Augmentation usually involves placing larger volumes of Sculptra filler in the hips or buttocks, and can be a great alternative for patients who want results similar to a Buttock Augmentation Surgery without the downtime, recovery, and/or risks associated with surgery.

Sculptra Buttock Augmentation involves a series of injections into your buttocks and hips using small needles. Only topical anesthetic is required to numb the surface of the skin to make it comfortable for you. No sedation, general anesthesia, or incisions/scarring are needed. Therefore, it is a very safe procedure.
Sculptra is an injectable filler that is made up of poly-L-lactic acid particles. This material has been used safely for decades and is the same substance used in very common absorbable surgical sutures (Vicryl).
Sculptra is mixed with sterile water before being injected. Once injected, there is an immediate treatment effect with expansion and improved roundness of your hips and buttocks from the volume provided by the injected water. The water disappears however, over 1-2 days, and sometimes it may appear as though nothing was done! There is no need to worry though since the injected Sculptra will now slowly stimulate your own body to produce collagen in your hips and buttocks. Sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks for this process to become more noticeable, but the end result is long-lasting volumization of your buttocks and hips, which lasts on average 2 years, sometimes more.
